MistiAt age 24, Misti Burmeister quit an unfulfilling job as a government contractor with no work lined up and $37 to her name. Living in Washington, D.C., where she didn’t know anyone, she had to scramble for a plan – quickly. After literally picking herself up off the ground she saw two choices: sit there and wallow or stand up and do something. During this transition, she conducted more than 150 informational interviews in just six month to finally discover her passion – generational diversity in the workplace.
